As my roles began to shift, at work, at home, and within, I was called to slow down, listen closely, and get honest about what mattered most. That clarity shaped not only how I live, but how I now support others through their own turning points.

I specialize in working with leaders, mothers, seekers. We all find ourselves in that in-between space, where the old no longer fits and the new hasn’t fully formed. There is no “one solution that fits all” or quick fix, but a careful, sensitive and supportive journey to help you on your unique path forward.

My own journey through personal transformation, loss, reinvention, and deep inquiry led me to develop the AMAZe™ Spiral – a framework and approach born from the joining of professional experience and lived insight. It’s a practical framework rooted in compassion, truth and real movement designed to meet you wherever you are, and walk with you as you evolve, individually, or as part of a group or team.
